Intro
Have you ever wanted some high quality builds, and didn't want to pay $100 for a simple spawn? Well Introducing DarkNom's Build Shop! I am Nom I create relatively high quality builds for amazingly cheap. Most people claim I "undercharge" But no, no, my prices are just budgetable. Most of the builds will be done by Me, Nom, and my friend, Proximity.
About Me:
I am DarkNom as many of you already know, but I prefer to be called Nom or Noah. I am a Minecraft Architect, also known as a builder to many of you. I have been building since December of 2012. I don’t Megabuild anymore but I make prison mines, floating spawns, villages, pvp maps and rarely modern spawns. My building style is Medieval but, It can vary between sub-styles such as, Nordic, Viking styled, and my favorite my own style. Why do I want to make a shop? I want to become more well-known and have the ambition to build more.

Prices
Most Builds can take from 1 day to 1 month depending on our schedule and map sizing.
Spawns:
The Classic Village $15+
What this will include is a village with, a town hall, blacksmith, 2 shops, a mine, carts, street lamps, bridges (around 2-3), and any extra houses the client party asks for. Ranging from 25x25 villages to 250x250 villages. The stock terrain is picked by the client party in a Regular Minecraft world
Floating Spawn $15+
Comes with a stock amount of 4 islands. Terraformed and sized to your critique. Builds can vary towards what the client party wants.
Additional charges:
Custom terrain $5+
Mines:
A-Z Package $70+
26 prison mines with custom terrain
Singular Prison Mines $2+
Any mine A-Z built. Size will be negotiated as well the detailing.
Lobbys:
25x25 Lobby $5+
This is a walled-off lobby usually made for mini games and such.
Additional Charges:
Custom terrain $3+
Size increase $7+
Pvp Maps:
25x25 $10+
Comes with custom terrain and 3-5 houses
Kit Pvp Maps $15+
Ranges from 35x35 to 150x150
Includes 3-15 houses and custom terrain free of charge

Terms and Conditions of all Builds:
Payments only Accepted through Amazon Gift Cards. If not able to purchase an Amazon Gift card Paypal will be ok too. I prefer Amazon Gift cards though
1. All builds are done to the client party’s specification, and can be fixed after 3 hours of retrieval, free of charge.
2. If the client party refuses to pay after the contractor party sends the client party the map, the contractor party will simply put the map for everyone to download on. You may say "So what" Well by me releasing it the public it will make it not unique anymore.
3. Most of my commissions take around 1-3 weeks, but may take longer due to unforeseen events as I am a freshman in High school.
4. The final prices are not confirmed, and will be discussed with the client party, and will be based on time and efficiency of the build.
5. The client party must pay 50% before, then 50% after, this is how the contractor party works, and it will be the only way to pay.
6. The contractor party will only accept 3 commissions at a time because I am a busy man. If you order a map and the contractor party is busy with 3 other commissions the client party will simply be put into the queue.
7. I will not waste my time on your build then decide you don't want it anymore. So if you decide to cancel the build mid-way of my building process I will keep the down payment. Cancellation must happen within 2 hours of the build being started for retrieval of down payment.
8. All builds will be built on my designated server and If you do not abide by my Terms of Conditions builds will not be made for you. Progress of Builds will be provided every 2-3 days or we can “screen-share” via skype. . If “bugged” by the client party I will simply drop the build.
