I'm selling the server for a couple reasons. Firstly, I've ran this same gamemode for over two years, and it has gotten quite boring over time just as anything else does. Secondly, selling this will allow me to invest more time into other projects.

The server has been open for a little over 5 months making a total of $10343.92 throughout those months (as seen in screenshot 1).
The player community is made up of mostly Americans, but that can obviously be changed based on your advertising methods. The server has an average of 30-60 players throughout the day and raises significantly on the weekends.

Everything (Banner, Buycraft, Server files, Builds etc.)

EDIT: There is no starting bid, anybody is welcome to start it off. Obviously, if the bid is extremely low, I won't sell it but any serious bids are welcome.
EDIT 2: Everything from the chat format, to the essentials messages is all matching the color scheme. Every little plugin configuration is well thought out as I'm sorta OCD with those kinds of things..
There are a few custom plugins, including the server shop (all prices manually thought out and set by me), chat plugins (feat. suffix, name color, chat color), and some smaller utility plugins not noticed from the front end.
