Based on the post you claim this is a professionally put together server. Unfortunately that is extremely hard to prove unless we could see a live version.

In my experience some sellers think they have created "great servers", "complete servers", "amazing builds", ect. Look at some of the previous post and you will see that is not always the case. What the seller sees as a great server, or setup, others may see it mediocre.

I'm not saying this is the case here, but you want a high price for something we cant even see.

I'd be willing to take a chance at $20. I would go much higher if there was a live demo, where we could verify this servers "Professional Polish"

If you do buy this server, will you release it as free?
