DCYPHRD is an organization that strives to provide professional server management, for a low cost. Currently, we have an extremely small team. We want to provide quality server management to networks all across the world of Minecraft, but to do that, we need more team members. So with that, we are asking people to apply for a position on the DCYPHRD team!
What will you do?
You will be listed as a member of the DCYPHRD team. I, Ludex, am the CEO, and it is my job to make deals with networks and communities. If a client needs a new Manager, I'll choose one of my team members (could be you!) to manage their server. You'll be assigned to their network, and work for them.
How much will you be payed?
DCYPHRD's basic plan for management is $20/month for server management. So at a minimum you'll make $20/month from networks. That means, if you work for Network A, Network A will pay me $20, and I will distribute the $20 to you. If you are working in Network A with other members of DCYPHRD, the $20 will be evenly split.
What are the requirements to join?
- You must be an experienced server manager.
- You must have knowledge of how plugin configurations work.
- You must understand the works of Enjin, XenForo, etc.
- You must be at least 14 years of age.
- You must be able to work with other people.
- You must have Skype.
- You must be able to use FTP.
- You must be experienced with PeX/GroupManager.
- You must have a PayPal account.
