I have the OVH "Game" AntiDDoS... and it doesn't help hahaha

Really? I haven't really ever had issues with OVH mitigation.

Yes, the server is like offline and it's slowly disconnecting players.

Are you using a shared host or is this your own dedi? The only other thing I can think of is enabling permanent mitigation (if that option is available for you).
