Site looks nice, two things though that I noticed right of the bat,

1. I can’t see what I’m typing on the livechat https://ibb.co/b17u8z

2. The drop down to show the navigation bar doesn’t work on mobile (at least for me IPhone SE)[DOUBLEPOST=1533342857][/DOUBLEPOST]Another thing is your thread says HDD yet your site says SSD? (Whmcs order)

Hey Batrowan,

Thanks for letting us know about these issues! We have immediately took attention to the problems you have found.

We have got rid of the Discord Bar. And, integrated the Discord Button into our Top Bar of the website.

Additionally, we have updated the Specifications on our WHMCS page to match.

And, we have contacted our Website Developer to integrate mobile support for the website navigation bar, he should have that done soon.

Thanks so much for letting us know about these issues!

Have a good day.

“Latest generation hardware”?

You’re running DDR3 RAM, not DDR4. Plus, I would class SSDs as latest generation hardware, not HDDs. I don’t want to trash your thread but that CPU is godawful: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i7-920+@+2.67GHz&id=834

Hey there, so sorry! We forgot to update the thread to our new equipment that we just upgraded to! Below you will find our updated Specs.

Germany Node 1 Hardware:
- Intel Xeon E5-1650V3
- 2x HDD SATA 2,0 TB Enterprise
- 128GB DDR4 RAM

Hetzner again I see, that’s a much much better CPU and I’m glad to see you’re now using DDR4 RAM. Only thing is those HDDs though, I would’ve expected SSDs.
Yes. Thank you! We are planning on getting Company Owned Hardware potentially next year! And, we might be upgrading those HDDs to SSDs! :)
