That is understandable, but these are risks that I have to take, if they are immature then that's my fault for "hiring" them. But I usually pay my managers anything I would be earning from Server Owners.[DOUBLEPOST=1558922147][/DOUBLEPOST]

At my age I do not exactly need money, but if I am to get a well experienced manager, I need a way of paying them, which is why all earnings that I'd get from the Server Owners, will be paid to the managers in full
