Death Ban Plugin

I want a hcf style death ban, when you die you should be teleported to a box that is set by command. when your in this box the only command's you can do is type /buy & /lives.
/lives should be a gui that shows you how many lives you have and and a book that tells you were to buy lives
you should also be able to type in chat.

When you die you should get a death ban that is 2 minute's the first time and every time after you die it goes up by 1 minute. it should max out at 6 minutes, and every 2 hours of not dyeing it goes down by 1 minute . and it stop decreasing at 2 minutes
