Death Spectate

I am looking for a custom plugin. What happens is you die and then you go into fly mode and are invisible and are frozen in place spectating 5-6 blocks above your death you are in the fly mode for 5 seconds and are looking the person that killed you. Examples below Then the countdown to respawn begins at 5 in their level bar Then you respawn and are given blindness for 1 second. The picture below is what it would look like when the player kills you. My server is 1.8.9 Spigot.
