Hello MC-Market.
My go by name is Cheerfull. I just joined today to share some awesome stuff and to do some great deals!
Today i will introduce a custom deathban plugin which i had custom made. How i thought of it being used is in Factions. Whenever you are raiding people keep coming back with new gear? I hated it and i though if you get to defeat them once you need sometime to either raid or get away. I put it the way so by default none donors. Will be temp banned for 5 minutes, Low - Medium priced donators will only be banned for 3 minutes and the highest donator will only be banned for 1 minute.

Spoiler: Permissons

The permissions are made with a variable so it can ban people up to 30 minuts.
deathban.exempt will exempt a player from being banned (such as staff)
deathban.# (1-30) will be the amount of time they get banned for on death.

There is no commands for this plugin. So it can't be easier

No, you have well over 20 reactions or ratings. But if it should be 20 it had to be Feedback. Which means you would have done over 20 successful deals with buyer or seller leaving positive feedback.

Ah, okay. You should probably lower your standard, just saying. Not many people with 800+ reactions look at the plugins section. And there's only about 10 accounts with that status.

Can you take a video/screenshot of the plugin in action? Seems like a public plugin (by the permissions) until I see what it actually looks like.

This plugin is extremely easy to make tbf. But most nice plugins are!

Alright, I would like to clear some things up.
Cheerfull was selling a Minecon cape, I didn't have the amount of money he was selling them for, but I told him that I can make him a plugin or something to cover the rest of the cost. I have completed the plugin and gave him the money and he later found out that he didn't have a code left and refunded me the money. After he refunded my money I told him that he can keep the plugin anyways and that it is alright.

When I code things customly for people I let them do whatever they want with the plugin, all I ask is that no one claims they made it. I don't care if people resell it as most plugins I make are for servers here on MCM and one of the servers I make it for may be sold as a faction server with custom plugins, after saying that I dont really have any problems with this being sold as a resource. Its a shame to see Cheerfull's faction server not being able to open, but it is nice to know that my plugin will live onto other servers and get well used. I also think it is very generous for Cheerfull to give me half of the profits

Just a quick question, are you coding the deathban or are you just making console do /tempban?
Either way I suggest you reduce the price to around $3 due to the fact there is currently another deathban plugin on mcmarket for $5 which had a lot more features than yours.
Hopefully you answer my question and take my suggestion into consideration!

There are plenty of ways of doing everything. The way he has chosen to make the plugin work is more than likely like that to suit how his old server worked.

Thanks for clearing it up, yes, this is how i wanted the event to be performed as it was meant for a faction server. I didn't want the bans to last to long or to short. As i implemented it to make sure if you kill someone in their base which took 3 hours to cannon you at least get a chance to either escape, get stuff out of the base or gear up again.

You aren't sending a kick message, you are seriously banning the player for a temporary set amount of time.. Seriously? that's literally the worst way to do it.

This is optimized for my wanting, this could indeed be done in a better way but i did prefer this one.

Thanks for telling and making this thread look more professional. I am in the deepest apologies regarding the cape. If you would like i'd love you to work more towards the faction server as money is the only issue ("We can discuss further on Skype") And regarding the 50%. I take it as a norm to pay someone his work if it is being distributed after you sold it to me we should have discussed whether or not i was meant to pay you. I didn't want to be selfish and i decided on my own you should have your well deserved 50% of the profit.
