Happy July 4th! We at DeathMines are wanting a server like no other. We have been having issues within the development side of our server and we are looking for help. We are looking for dedicated Developers that will help us out. We are not looking for people who just come apply because it says," POSSIBLY PAID." We are looking for Professional Developers who can also be Staff if need be. This means we also need good communication skills and be able to help in times of need different from Development. Not quite sure where to start here.

• It's the 13th now, not the 4th.
• "Possibly paid" does not sound good to anybody who hears it, least of all a developer.
• Although you imply in the post that you have some sort of server experience, you don't actually indicate that you do, and you also imply that you're capable of getting more players, whilst also not giving any info on how or why this would be the case.
• You gave no information about the server idea, schedule, plans, anything really.
• The random caps on certain things doesn't really make the post better.

So, to sum it up, you made a post that contains very little, if any, real information, and you suggested "possible pay", which doesn't mean much. Not a great chance of quality developers here
