Decent PC Headset?

Hi, I'm looking for a new headset for PC, nothing too special, I have a $31 amazon balance so plan on using that to get the headset. I just want something decent that will last me at least a few months. My current one is a cheap Sades brand (which is shit anyway) and cuts in and out at times when the wired USB piece is slightly touched. I'm not really good with headsets and stuff, so if anyone could give me some suggestions for a decent headset on amazon within a $31 budget that would be awesome. Thanks.

I'd go with what Marth said or just wait until you have a bit more and either get a Steelseries Siberia or a Hyper X Cloud.

haha, I just ordered some $16 turtle beach for now, have had good experience with them on xbox (well, $80+ headset not $16 lol) but I just want something for now, I have more than $31 it's just what I have on my amazon balance so I'll probably get something better in the near future.
