Decent Quality, Small Skyblock Setup

I need a small skyblock setup, doesn't need a large or over-the-top spawn, requires these:

- 2 Islands (Classic, and Medium)
- 4 Groups (Default, Lemon, Staff, Owner)

- Properly configured SilkSpawners
- Nice looking shop, ShopGui+ preferably
- Uses BSkyblock since it's free
- Uses LuckPerm

- Proper, and not broken Economy
- Needs to have a command for top islands

now that I think about it, this isn't so small..
