Decent Server Setup

Hello.

I am looking for someone to make a server setup for me. I'm looking for a KitPVP Server. My budget it $7, so I hope you can work around it with me. Add me on skype and we can figure things out.

NOTE: I am mainly looking for someone that can just setup Permissions & Ranks.
