Decent Sized server spawn for vouch

Im looking for a decent sized server spawn for vouch, requires shop and gun shop, u dont have to make the shop contents, just a building, same for gun shop, pm me.

For a vouch, and "huge" build just dont go at all. Unless you are looking for something a 6 year old could do. Someone who is good at building will only do something small for a vouch, not a full spawn, not when they could make and sell it, for $40+

For a vouch, you could get a small, decent quality spawn.
For the price of a mid-sized hub and a vouch, you could probably get a large one.
But I daresay I belong to the most reputable members for builds on this website, and even I could not request a huge decent quality hub for nothing more than a vouch.
