what do you know? the guy who originally made it put his mark into it unless u recreate it in your own code no copying of course then you can sell it with all rights

just changing it doesn't affect the ownership of it it's basically like you proposing for someone to create a server with the name as hypixel domain is hypixel.org he change their logo's color to pink then he has full rights to sell the logo
