You cant decompile plugins without the authors permission and if they wanted you to have the src they would of just uploaded it to github

You can do that with a decompiler such as fernflower, but this is illegal.
Even if you do, there is a chance that the jar you're trying to decompile will be obfuscated meaning the code will be messed up and not readable, this is made in case someone decompiles it.
If it's not, then the code will still be messed up and have finals on every variable that is only assigned once, which is actually good, but the mc-market community can tell that it's decompiled if they see one final facepalm

If you've got permission show it here, and I'll be happy to turn it into an SRC for you
Either way, your file will become corrupted, so it won't be usable.
Just ask the owner to decompile it for you, or send the src to you.
