2. We will negotiate and agree upon a set price
3. Before work starts, you will pay 50% of the agreed upon price up front.
4. The Project will be worked on my Personal VPS which you will have a link to view the progress of your site.
5. After I have finished You will pay the 2nd half of the Payment. At that point, i'll transfer your website files.

I've had way too many issues with this user. He has gone around and copied the designs of about three designers here on the forums, including me. It's getting quite ridiculous and none of his designs are original but yet just ripped from me and other designers here on the forums.

Just take a look at https://dectom.xyz/ and https://1amDev.com for example.

I hope this user starts correcting these mistakes. It's getting quite repetitive and ridiculous and I've already had multiple chats and calls about it with him and he refuses to change anything and acknowledge that the designs are copied or look copied.

We discussed this yesterday and the conclusion was that it is a copied design. Again, like I stated, you are refusing to acknowledge it and it's quite ridiculous when you put the two websites side by side. I even told you I would be devouching on your thread if I didn't see any changes, which I have not.

I've had this issue with you multiple times and I feel as if a devouch is now needed as nothing has been done to fix the issue. Other designers also feel the same way.

do YOU have autism? It has been proven multiple times via multiple different sources/devs that this user has stolen ideas and/or code/design layouts and refuses to acknowledge it or stop it.

who is that ovh comment towards? Also, 4+ devouches from various users is not just a coincidence. On top of that, gammenode which is no longer up (what a shocker) had stolen code from two different websites which was easily determined by 1) looks and 2) naming conventions were identical for a large chunk of the site.

u because if u actually gave a shit about your customers u wouldn't use OVH's VAC system which can be bypassed by editing the packets header

No shit the site used bootstrap. However you do realize that people don't just use barebones bootstrap to makes sites, and on top of that naming conventions for sections are sometimes unique in a way, and the fact that gammanode had over 30 lines of code that was EXACTLY the same minus typography is not a coincidence. Also, again, what are you on about with OVH? What "customers" do I have that I resell OVH to? Are you fucking retarded?
