Looking for something close to the title, in the California region, but anywhere in US will do.
My budget it about $40 month. There are a few places that will offer this in US but nothing in the West side.

West coast is generally more expensive, doubt you'll find anything with good hardware in Cali. Maybe look at VersaWeb, they are in Las Vegas, Nevada. They're fully self-managed.

Yeah maybe it's just too high hopes for West us. How about any central data centers. Dallas would be alright.
