Summary
Greetings Mcmarket, today I would like to find a dedicated developer that's able to continuously offer plugin support and development. This is a huge thing to ask and I'm expecting some flaming on this thread, but note that this is really essential to move my server into the next level. The server Tropicaldreams has been a solid community server that incorporates Survivial and RPG and provides an excellent environment of gameplay for children and adults alike, more information can be found on our website or on our .org post. Current Standings
The server currently has a stable community of 20-30 people and is ranked around 250 on rankings. TropicalDreams racks up around $500 in donations per month (Which is due to change as we are becoming EULA compliant)

What we need
- One year of Java development
- Friendly and easy to work with
- dedicated and consistent person

Can you give examples of what to expect if one applies to be a developer? Are they expected to make GameModes, Minigames, etc?

They're required to fix/patch problems on current plugins while creating small-medium utility plugins such as Nick tokens, Mob/Player Leveling, and is expected to support these plugins.

Are you paying the Developer to do the job? Because this seems like a ton of work and nowadays on Mc-M you're unlikely to get a FREE developer.
