Howdy there.

I'm searching for a single, extremely capable server plugin developer. You...

  • ...must be comfortable with the Forge build for 1.12.2. It's what we use, and that's non-negotiable.
  • ...are willing to make this either the only project on your plate, or of the utmost highest priority, as we wish to have every last thing custom built specifically for this server, and will be coming to you for it all. You will be paid very well for the work, and it should compensate well enough for not having other projects.
  • ...are a good fit with the rest of the staff team, as even if you were the coding God of all Minecraft; if you can't collude well with established staff members, we don't want you.

As for the server, we're...

  • ...a brand-new start-up for an existing tight-nit gaming community of over 250 members.
  • ...operating around the Conquest Reforged mod to deliver an extremely realistic and complex RPG-esque experience (which hopefully you'll be joining us in creating soon).

When it comes to payment...

  • ...we are willing to send tender through any trusted and legal payments system.
  • ...want to compensate you fairly for your time, effort and end product. You will not be breaking your back for scraps, working for us.
  • ...we request that while we strive to be fair to you, you do the same to us. We are also professional working individuals with personal lives to see after, bills to pay and the like. Meet us half way, and we'll always do our utmost to make sure you are paid on time at the agreed amounts.
  • ...are willing to negotiate your contract, whether it be pay-by-work or a salary of some sorts.

You can contact me...

Thanks! Look forward to hearing from you soon!

I'm sorry, are you referring to server-side development on Forge using Sponge, or client-side mods?

I suppose it'd be both. With my limited knowledge in mod/plugin development (otherwise I'd be doing the work myself, ha), I'd assume that some of the stuff we'd ask for would need to be represented both with a server-side plugin, and some additional client-side bits. It needs to work on a server, so obviously server-side would be the big focus; I do understand however that certain things will need the support of client-side coding as well.

I'm not too advanced in the realm of coding, but when sitting down with the future Developer, this is something they'd discuss with me after given the explanation of what we need. And then based on the extent they'll need to go to, we'd figure out project compensation and the like.
