Dedicated IP, the best location for NA and EU players to both play. I'm not too educated about RAM and CPU, so the best one for hosting 50-150 players.

Whats your budget, and is this over multiple servers and if so how many? This is going to be a big thing on what will work best for you, and honestly a VPS might be the best way to go about this instead of a dedicated server, but as I said it depends on budget and how many game modes you have.
