Hi, this is my second post about this and I am making it to be more clear.
I have a student card, and it is only to be used for accidemic purchases. It balance is set to $500 every month and since I am taking multiple web development classes, I have excuses to be buying servers like this.

How the service works:
Since I can buy them for 50% of the original price, I will charge 75% of the original price so that I can make a profit off of this.

How do vouch copies work? (Only offering 5)
You only need to pay for 50%. The reason it is not free is because I am not offering a service like that and I want my HALF OFF service to be vouched for.

How are purchases made?
Well, the terms for the product will be whatever are listed on the website. But as far as my terms, they are that the payment must be made in goods and services.

How do I purchase?

What you're offering isn't a vouch copy, it's a discount for certain users. Also, what you are doing is highly illegal and should be stopped, you are essentially stealing from and lying to your school.

This is illegal.
It’s not illegal. You have no idea what his schools polocies or procedures are. Even if you did, it still doesn’t make it illegal. It may violate his schools intended use, however violating that is not a crime. Worse that could happen is he gets this privilege revoked, fined, suspended, or expelled.

Its probably not illegal, but it's definitely against their TOS.
It's straight up theft... he's using funds his school gives him and claiming it's for his own education when he's looking to make quick buck. If you read up (^^) you can see him stating that he "can claim it's for his education" and gets $500/moo for free.

I don't know why you guys are so concerned about if I will get in trouble for this or not, I have been selling private servers to my friends for the past 6 months. Leave that problem up to me.

It's straight up defrauding a university and misappropreating funds, at the very least, he would get expelled very quickly if the fact he's doing this came out into the school's eye.

Stop worrying about me and my school's situation. It really is none of your business.

I’m pretty sure the school is giving you that money for educational purposes. If you were to buy a dedicated server to host personal projects and experiment with Linux or whatever, that’s totally fine. What you can’t do is make their funds into a business and try to profit off of it, as it’s not even your money in the first place.

I'm not only selling it, I'm also using it for myself. If it hurts your feelings, or you don't think it is morally right then do not work with me.

It’s not hurting my feelings buddy. It’s not just immorally wrong but it’s legally wrong. Have fun getting sued and booked for scamming dumbfuck.
