I just want a list of options as me and a partner are interested in seeing what dedi we can get.

Preferably with windows server(2008 or newer)(Don't judge. It's for simplicity, we find it simpler).

It should have atleast decent specs, and around 16 gigs of ram.

Don't mind the budget, throw in what you got and we will then choose what we think is best.
