I find it unlikely that your going to need that much bandwidth, do you have an idea of how many people will be viewing this site? Also, how much ram and what minimum cpu do you need, can possibly help you out with a vps but more information would be ideal.

To start would just be me but if I’m viewing it quite a lot and then others view it multiple times a day may need more just depending what deal I can get really

I'd highly recommend VersatileNode - they offer some amazing servers for an incredibly affordable price. They don't have any page listing available offers since it's always changing, so open a ticket and they tend to respond within ~1-3 hours
