Anyways, I don't believe you'll be able to find a dedicated server with those specifications at that price. You'll most likely only find it in the EU. However, SoYouStart (OVH's budget brand) might be able to provide something similar to what you're after (I would recommend checking them out). While SoYouStart only offers Canada in the North America region, it has great networking and very low latency to the US (under 20ms to NJ). SoYouStart used to offer an i7-6700K 64GB 1x480GB SSD configuration in Canada for $46/month, but that's long gone.

They still sell it as far as I know, but they just have very limited supply and most of the current ones are being paid for. When a certain number of people cancel, they probably "restock" it.
I would suggest never ever going near Zap. Absolutely awful company.

I believe they caught on and removed it, I've been following their offers for a while and they pulled all of the XMAS sale links.
