Dedicated Server Developer

Hi, I'm interested in becoming the full time developer for a server. Here's some information about me that you might want to know. I have been developing with Bukkit/Spigot for about 10 months now, and I have been using Java for over a year. I'm 16 years old, EST time. I'm open to different methods of payment etc, just give me what you're thinking and we'll discuss it.

This is what I request of you.

• Have a decent idea for a server or already have a server (I'm open to generic themes like factions, but have some ideas to make it better)
• Be able to fund your own server, don't ask me to pay your server bills
• I will be active, but don't expect me to be online every single day of every single week.

That will have most of my plugins, however I do private work sometimes and I have made a couple plugins for my own uses in the past.

Perhaps the title is slightly misleading, I'll change it to make it more clear. I'm not offering 40 hour a week service, I'm offering to be the developer for a server, that's all
