Buy one from ovh, their great quality servers and I personally can say for a fact I will never go back to anything else. as for someone to set it up, if you need help I can explain setting things up to you though their are tons of ways to learn to use linux / setup dedicated servers. add me on discord Scifi#1321 if you need any help
