Dedicated Server for max $30/month? Possible?

Hello, I am looking for a dedicated server based anywhere in the EU to host my minecraft server on. Since I am on a tight budget, is it possible to get one around 25 to 30 Dollars a month?

Thank you for the advice! Can you recommend me any good VPS host that you potentially used yourself? And is buying a VPS better then just sticking with a conventional Minecraft Hosting Plan?

They are better than an MC host, since you have so much more freedom and can do several other things such as host a forum with a VPS. However they are quite a bit more work.
