Its doubtful you will find a buyer due to the following reasons.
1) Server is not online at the DC (may take multiple days or weeks to have server online after ordering).
2) You don't have a set price "$90+" looks very unprofessional
3) No website, forum design or rep in the hosting industry.

I highly suggest you correcting some of the things I listed above.
Overall its a good server build you have and with a little effort should sell.
