We won't try to sell you something, we will instead give you tips on how to get a good ping world wide, i recommend you to get a US and a EU server for best performance for world wide users. Then you can look into Asia and other locations later. But for a good start, all you really need is a EU and a US server. I live in EU and my ping to US servers aren't very good. Thanks!

Use nitrous-networks, best hosting, best service, a bit pricy but definitely worth it. I've run servers with 50+ players on their servers without lag, it's worth the investment. Definitely use them if you want lag free hosting

I do wonder if you really need a Dedicated server, is your server that big? A shared host runs great, some of them works with over 100 players too.
First, we have MASSIVE plugins that need some strong CPU to handle them. Also, we are expecting over 150 player.
Maybe you should consider getting a shared package and then move once you reach 150 players.
We can provide you with a dedicated server but not currently with a good CPU.

Yes Nitrous has dedicated, don't go with any of the hosters off this site very risky imo. If you want a dedi which you might want use OVH, but get a dev/sys admin to assist you.
Risky is a broad term to relate to hosts on a whole website.
