I saw I was tagged and didn't read the title of the thread. You need to be aware RAM past 64GB won't help increase your player capacity much. Trying to host 700 players on a single MC instance is going to be hard and require a lot of optimization as to not overload the CPU. Have you considered using multiple machines for a network instead so your network can support 700 players.
