Hey, I'm currently looking for a dedicated server locating in Europe that doesn't need ID because of privacy reasons, Currently I have a budget of $70 max a month and require at least 32GB ram and a E3, E5 or a I7 CPU.

I use Zare for my EU servers. They dont require you to provide ID, and have great customer support and DDoS protection.

I'm considering using zare but I'm gona look around first incase if anyone can offer cheaper servers
