Budget?
Depending on your budget id take a look at hostdime. Pricing is somewhat on the expensive side but they have tier 1 bandwidth providers in the bandwidth blend as well as GigE uplinks. If price is not an option of course one would never forget about hivelocity they have always been a solid provider as well good luck on your search.

LilProteinShake if you don't mind me asking what interest you in the Florida area? Certain network providers or are you looking for a specific network POP?
Don't really wanna say why, it's just imperative that I get a server whether it's a VPS or dedicated server in the Florida area.
I would say go with Hivelocity, they've been in the game for a long time, and operate a solid network. They also have some good deals if you look in the "Outlet" section.
