The datacenter is far from here, its not hosted in my house.

Most of the hardware is from a friend I started from that, he gave me it for free, I decided to make it a job, then I collocated it, and am now selling it. Good question.

Well it does seem weird, whats the catch? Nobody would sell that hardware specifications for $60 a year...there must be something to it.

Also, what sort of access would person have? KVM? Who installs the OS? How many IPs?

Respectfully would like to know why would someone sell hardware which maintenance costs for sure more than $60 a year, not forget to mention collocation and all the other expenses yet being sold for so cheap.it just does not add up.
