I'm looking for a dedicated server to host a forum and game servers
(Garry's Mod & Counter-Strike: GO).

Minimum Requirements

1. 8 Cores / 16 Threads
2. At least 16gbs of RAM
3. At least 2TBs of Storage (HDD)
4. Location either Central or East USA
5. DDOS Mitigation
6. $30 to $60 a Month

These should be hosted seperately. Forum should be on web hosting, game servers should be on their own VPS.

If you don't need it as a dedicated server we can help you out. I don't think you do from what you've said.

It's a pretty low budget for the specs you're looking for in the United States. If you can settle with Canada, go with SoYouStart, but most low-end servers for your price point will not have an 8c/16t CPU.

I've found a lot of servers but they either don't have good DDOS protection or they're not in the location I'm looking for.

My point exactly. At that price point, you won't find 8c / 16t CPUs, that have reliable DDOS protection, and a good location. That's why I suggested SoYouStart, a sister company to OVH.

From what I've seen, you can't get 8c/16t in NA for less than like $100. And I don't think any providers spec their 8 core servers with anything under like 64gb as it'd be a waste of a good CPU and if you were to do a custom order, it'd probably be at an insane price and not worth the money.

Hello Konnect Hosting has several dedicated server plans that would be able to fit your needs, but as for running both the website and the game server we'd be able to help you set that up using apache as we wouldn't be able to install cpanel on a server that is going to be running game servers as well. Also one last thing running a game server on HDD can significanly decrease performance, we do have plans that have 1TB in SSD Storage, but if you insist on HDD then we have 2x2tb HDD on our servers as the base configuration.
