I'm looking for just a small 4-8 GB server and I really have not got too much money to to put down right now.

Yeah, a dedicated server would be a bit overkill for that RAM requirement. Are you needing something with root access or why not consider shared hosting?

I mostly need it to host VPS's for other people, that's why I thought a sort of VPS reseller plan would be nice. And, I figured it's not big to start too big because I'll probably loose alot of money then.

Though you have not specified a budget, I personally believe it will be hard for you to remotely find anything like what you are searching for in that small of a range. I think before you start to offer services you should try to open up at least a bit bigger.

I still hope that I can find some company that can share a slice of a dedicated server so I can setup servers on it. ;p
