We use a site called SoYouStart.com they are ran by OVH and we use the I7-SSD-1 on there. It is very rarely in stock but covers all the things you have mentioned above. I suggest you sign up to a site that emails you when it is in stock cause it could save you $30-40 against the main OVH site.
