Dedicated Server

Hi there!
I'm Nicholas and I have an upcoming project that will be needing a dedicated server.
However, there are some minimum requirement that I need it to have
The machine specs that I need are:
No ram LOWER than 32GB
At least a Terabyte of space
Not higher than $70USD
Support-Staff who is willing to install a control panel for a small
The last thing I need is it to be able to also host a website.
I'd also like for the host to have been up at least 6 months in order to make sure my money is safe as I plan on paying for it annually and not monthly.
