You’d be able to find something here https://www.hetzner.com/sb click has ssd, use the sliders as well. you should be able to find something in your price range maybe even a bit better.

InterconnX sells a near identical config in Houston, TX as far as I know.

I was hosting with them, but now they are discontinuing their server line I believe.

I think they still offer the hosting if you have the server active now. Cole Also re-sellers still have the ability to get servers from them.
