Adm 1and1 is a bad way to go, there servers are overloaded.

LiquidWeb is overpriced bud, nobody here is going to pay that much for that little of a server. You'd have better luck with OVH.

They can't, he's obviously not the brightest. Now, a network can be stretched thin or oversold, but that's something entirely different. This is why you don't buy from kids online. Wouldn't trust the seller just due to the pure stupidity in their claims as they've haven't provided proof their claims are accurate either.
