Looking to do a bungee network for minecraft and looking to snag a dedicated server that is good enough to handle what I will be running below. My budget is around $100 or slightly more if needed.

Save yourself the hassle of a dedicated server if all you're looking to do is host a network. Check out https://daemex.io and let me know if you'd be interested in a custom plan. I can tell you now that it will be for sure lower than your budget and you won't have a server that you need to constantly monitor and maintain. A dedicated server is not always the better solution, alot of people make that assumption that it is. If you're interested, go on the website and ask for a custom plan!

In my case I rather just own a dedicated server and going with a budget hosting such as you or pebble or anyone else may seem a better case. But having I rather much just get a dedi. Also you guys look honestly new to the industry.

Still looking for other offers!

OVH, SoYouStart, Hetzner (EU Only), ReliableSite, Pschyz, are all good dedicated hosts.

Your best bet is to go with OVH and SoYouStart (Owned by OVH).

For the bungeecord proxy you can start out just one for now with a $3/month OVH VPS. Then I would recommend getting a Game-2 SoYouStart Dedi. If you start getting more players or start getting attacked frequently just start purchasing more $3 proxies. You should be fine with just one for now. First month will cost around $90 (SYS Installation Fee is ~$25) but after that it will be around $70 per month which is good.

He is asking for dedicated servers, save yourself the hassle of recommending your hosting service.

You can try with SoYouStart or Kimsufi, both worked pretty good for me.
