OVH seems to be a problem now in days so what do you guys suggest for a Dedicated Server company that is decent on price?

What problems? I have had no issues. There are no "budget" providers that offer the same level of ddos mitigation, maybe you can ask Psychz for a discount.

It's not the best, it's not the worst. Personally have used OVH before, it's good until you have 24/7 VAC on.
But preferably I am on Choopa now.
