High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Horrible host.

I've worked with many clients in the past who have had issues with them, including me personally. Their network is outrageous and so is their uptime. Nullroutes are also initiated almost immediately.

I've had multiple clients run into issues with their hardware as well. Experienced a faulty CPU myself and proved those statements via sysbench. RS decided to run the same tests themselves (which proved it was indeed faulty) and still failed to admit there was something wrong.

I should also point out that they post your personal details on ARIN (https://whois.arin.net), which they don't point out to you unless you probably read their terms.

Would not recommend using.

(PS: No Radic, I don't need to e-mail you to deal with this either)

^, I bought 3x E3 1270V3's, they could not hold 200 players. I thought it was their hardware. But proxypipe said it's their data center's cooling.

I'll be glad to provide you with the temp readings on the CRACs if you'd like, they're always between 65 and 67 degrees F. The IPMI also provides a live reading of the CPU temperature. This is something we take very seriously and advertise to be below the industry average, if this is actually so, please let me know and we'll make sure it's fixed.[DOUBLEPOST=1443989377,1443988891][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and would love to work with you to see if we can change it. I'd like to cover a few things you mentioned:

1. Do you have a ticket number in regard to the network issues? We monitor our network using several 3rd party providers to ensure quality. "Outrageous" seems a little exaggerated, but I would like to investigate further.

2. Null routes are automatically initiated if you receive an attack that exceeds our advertised DDoS protection....not sure how else you would image it working.

3. We received a faulty batch of E3 1270 CPUs quite a while ago, it took us a while to realize this as it's literally the first time we've ever seen such weird behavior with a CPU (and to this day haven't seen a similar incident with any CPU batches that we have received). I can imagine this was part of this situation, I'm not sure of what tests were run to verify. We typically just replace when we receive a complaint at this point without much testing.

4. ARIN requires any allocations that are a /29 or higher to be SWIPed to a customer, we state that within our KB at http://support.reliablesite.net/kb/a205/change-whois-swip-ip-space.aspx

Here's the direct ARIN link on the requirement: https://www.arin.net/resources/request/reassignments.html

If you can reach out to me at [email protected] I'd like to make sure that your experience/opinion of us doesn't stay negative and would love to offer you free service. Once again, sorry about the negative experience, and I would appreciate if you gave us the opportunity to fix it.

Vouch for them. Their servers are good and charged at a reasonable price. I got my server a few months back and it runs smoothly. Even the staff are helpful when I mess up and need an OS reload multiple times and don't charge for it. Overall it is really stable though the TPS can drop sometimes. Connection is normal not the best but okay. DDoS protection is the best. They have protected the server on 2 occasions which their system detected but there were a few smaller attacks that weren't but still awesome service. Recommended to anyone.

Update on my review.
I've been using the server for about 3 days now. The hardware has been great and had no problems with it.
The DDoS protection on the other hand. Not the best. The support is fast BUT when I emailed them about IP's. I was emailed back with this response " I null routed IP 134.111.111.11". This was my main server IP, so everyone was kicked off and I had yet again more downtime. This lost me money and the players online.

If the attacks you're receiving are larger than the protection that we offer, you'll be null routed. We deliver exactly what we advertise.

That doesn't make the protection "bad", it's just not enough protection for your specific need. If you get an attack 10 Gbps or below, it'll be filtered, no problem.
