just randomly terminated it, refunded me

We don't "randomly" decide to get rid of our customer base. You have a history of charge backs with other hosting companies. We just chose not to be one of those companies.

You chose a rapid deploy server, which was deployed immediately upon payment, which means that we run fraud checks after the fact.

Please list the other hosting companies, because I'd be damn willing to bet you mean ExtraVM. I resolved that with the company owner LONG ago.

Nodeblast.
That was actually my favorite hosting company before it went down, now I know you're full of shit because that's a Garry's Mod host I used. They shut down and gave us a notice, unlike you, to move our data before the company fully shut down.[DOUBLEPOST=1539745403][/DOUBLEPOST]

Also no other hosting company has had issues with me and this "chargeback history".

That gives you no right to suspend someone AFTER a server has been provisioned on a suspicion of something. You know you didn't do any of this right and you're trying to sweep it under the rug.

Unfortunately your point of view is one sided. Here's how this works:

20%+ of the orders that we receive use stolen credit cards, spam, abuse, etc. -- we are simply protecting our network and customers. Our goal is to get that person off our network as soon as possible. It costs us money to do the fraud checks, it costs us money to put the server back into the provisioning queue.

It costs us even more money when we receive charge backs. I have addressed every point, showed you exactly why we did what we did. There's nothing further to address here, we aren't liable for your data, I'm not trying to sweep anything under the rug. You chose to charge back payments in the past, we choose to not do business with those customers to mitigate that risk of it happening to us.

Where does it define your right to immediately wipe data in your ToS?

So if someone charged back on a host in the past, regardless of whether it was a legit charge back or not, they can't use RS?

FraudRecord allows you to dispute reports. It seems that this person has already gone through a similar process with ExtraVM.

There are cases that have been proven to be invalid, but those customers actually tried to figure out why they were flagged, cleared everything up and re-ordered instead of running to a forum and trashing a thread. This alone would prevent us from wanting to do business with this person.

I don't want to do business with you at all, trust me. I wanted my files back, I would not want to re-order with someone who randomly cancelled my service. And what tells you guys that I wouldn't still be trying to "scam" you the second time around?

This is also disregarding the fact that this was in 2016 and it was only with one host. This could have easily been their fault

The "similar situation" with ExtraVM that you're now trying to deem the issue instead of what you originally deemed it was, was resolved a long time ago and I am fully able to order services with them as of now. Even hosts like OVH scan my identity fully and seem to have no problems.
