Dedicated Servers (Need to rent out or get rid of) (Will Negotiate)

Hi, I was told by a friend I could post offers here for my server that I am not using, so here are the specs, I am not quite sure what format to put it in. I used to use it for offsite backups for my employers website, and some multi-media creation storage, he has since moved his site to GoDaddy I believe, and I now have a NAS I decided to just use locally, the specs are a bit old, so I will not be charging too much. It is currently co-located in Dallas Texas with CyrusOne Dallas.

I am hoping to get 45-50 a month as that is typically what it costs me to rent colo there, I can possibly dip into 35-40 range.

Intel Xeon E3-1270v1 @ 3.4-3.8GHz
32GB DDR3 ECC 1600MHz (Can lower if don't need this much
2 x 240GB Kingston V400 SSDs in Raid 1 for redundancy.
1 x 2TB WD Black HDD for storage/backups.

The colocation is all 1Gbps port, it comes with 15TB Bandwidth, 20Gbps DDoS Protection, and 5 Ips, I believe it is $1 per additional IP. Please PM me if you are interested at all. I know the CPU is outdated, but it runs very fast still especially for game servers that benefit from single core performance, the motherboard can handle V2 versions of the e3 series, so I might be able to get a 1270v2 sometime in the future for it.

I have some other systems with the same co-location that I am looking to rent out, or just have them sent back to me.

2 x 480GB Kingston V400 SSDs in Raid 1 for redundancy.
2 x 2TB WD Black HDD in Raid 1 for redundancy for storage/backups.

I do not have a set price on these two additional systems, feel free to PM me, they are just sitting right now, the first one was used for a web dev server and the second was used for a large SQL server.

Would you mind sending me a PM, I am unaware of what that is exactly, I googled it and it appears to be some sort of communication APP, I am not actively involved here or the gaming community so I do not know, I was just told by a friend that there would potentially be some people here interested in my hardware for Minecraft related things.
