I don't think you can find any with Multicraft Pre-Installed, as a license can cost $.
But I think if you buy your own license, the hosting company might help you install Multicraft.

If you use Multicraft for 1 server, its free. We offer licenses with our product.

That's why I said ''as a license CAN cost'' What I meant is, for a good license you need to pay, because the free license doesn't give you much to work with.

If you get a dedicated server with Psychz or ServerCrate PM me and I'll set it all up for you for free when I'm off work. No dedicated server host will pay for your license though, that isn't their job.
