I want to offer advice from the perspective of the leader of a successful build team and server owner.

Try paying your builders.
Build work is exceptionally time consuming and skilful labour. I mean no disrespect but you have to be real - asking to get that kind of skilled work for free on a place where the word "market" is in the title is a just cheeky. Especially when not completely disclosing in the post that it wont be paid work. Saying may or may not be paid is just bait.

Not always but it is highly likely that the work you get for free will be like a bad date - underwhelming, slow and low quality.

Correct me if I am wrong but based on your post and theme of your server I'd guess you want a city built.
Now, let me be real with you - city builds are hard. Some other teams might like to say they can do it easily for marketing purposes but I am actually being real with you right now. They are hard.
You may and most likely will get a fresh independent builder interested and motivated to build, someone who just loves building! Which is great...! Right? No. Let me save you some time.
What they'll output will be incomplete in some form or just plain low quality because city builds are very difficult and have multiple levels of design. Every tree, house, bank, school, shop, park, road, car, train, bridge, garden, stadium all wants designed from the ground up.
The free builder will sooner or later come to realise the scale of the workload and they'll lose motivation slowly until they leave the project half done.

You have to be realistic as a server owner.
If you can't pay your staff, do the work yourself.
If you're not willing to do that, don't make a server because you'll just be exploiting people with skills you don't have.

I hope you haven't taken any offence, just being real with you brother to brother.

Hey Matthew, not sure what the rant is about but this is an advertising form now we do pay builders if their work is good other than that 75% of our team is volunteer and they are happy to do it.

Was far from a rant, they may be happy to do it. But they wont be once they understand the work load on a better scale. Enjoy your half complete project.
