Default rank has perms to all warps? How can I fix this?

Hi, so on my OpPrison server, the default rank is (A), and they have perms to all warps, however, they do not have the perms to use all the warps, can someone please help me fix this issue?

Put your permission config on a pastebin and I'll take a look

Go in Essenentials config and enable 'per warp permission"

Ah, I have it setup, just doesn't wanna give the rewards. Vote registers, and no reward is given.

Yea, maybe it is a bug within the actual GAL plugin? I honestly have no idea.
