Default Vanilla World without Oceans

I am making faction servers so i need vanilla generated world without oceans.
I have seen plugins like TerrainControl but they seem hard to cuztomize, if anyone has already pre made world without oceans or knows some easy plugin that could do this would be awesome.
Also the world should be for 1.8.8 version

Maybe i didnt stated good but I want original VANILLA random generated without oceans, not someon manually going around the map and draining the oceans or using world edit and filling the space.
Plugin like TerrainControl would finish, if you used it before you can probably set this up
